Annual General Meeting (AGM) Discussion: Following Our Strategic Directions – An Opportunity for International Expansion

After our formal business proceedings, we’ll proceed with a presentation titled ‘Following Our Strategic Directions – An Opportunity for International Expansion of Courage to Lead (CTL).’ Over the past few years, ICA Canada has diligently worked on developing structures to offer CTL to the global community, ensuring quality and a supportive framework for its worldwide delivery. Now, our organization stands at a point of abundant opportunity, and your participation is crucial in shaping our next steps. During this presentation, we’ll discuss the rationale and potential benefits of broadening our CTL initiative, as well as update you on our progress towards this aim.

Following the presentation, we’ll facilitate guided small group discussions, providing a platform for you to share your thoughts, ideas, and considerations on this prospective journey. Your active participation will contribute to our collective wisdom, aiding us in navigating the opportunities and challenges of global expansion.
