Register today: The courage to Lead online study series (Fall 2020)
Description
As a leader, do you have the courage to turn the lens inward to examine what you bring to your daily interactions?
If leadership is about relationships, who are you in those interactions? Are you willing to look inward to evaluate how you show up in the world?
How do you keep learning from your experiences, and trusting your own inner wisdom?
What role do you want to play in the change process in society, work, community and family?
If you have ever asked yourself these questions, we would like to invite you to join our 13-week online study series (every Thursday, starting September 17 – December 10, 2020), where you will get to explore your relationship to life, self and the world. The aim of this study is to provide the tools for deep reflection on how you can become the best leader you can be.

Reflections from people who have taken The Courage to Lead course/ online study series:
“Many of us can master techniques. But transformative leadership which releases the spirit and possibilities of the group and individuals we serve is more than techniques. It is about how we show up, what we value, our relationship to our work and life.” (Jane Stallman, Founder and Senior Partner for Strategic Facilitation)
“Reading The Courage to Lead, and participating in the course first as a student then as a facilitator, makes me realise that I can create positive change in the world any time, on a large or small scale – and that in fact I already do – simply by relating authentically to myself, to all parts of life, and to everyone I meet along the journey.” (Sara B., University Health Network)
“Courage To Lead is different from any other leadership session I’ve done. The approach is inspiring, mindful, thought provoking, and holistic. The series offers a focus on the many facets of an intricate leadership compass. Each focus was an appetizer for my inner self to begin an exploration and gain deeper insights into myself which nourished and encouraged my unique presence. The inner relationships I have made with each facet has allowed me to reflect on the leader I was, the leader I currently am, and the leader I aspire to be. Moving forward, this will be the compass that allows me to continue to explore, while remaining grounded, and will always point me home to my authentic self.
I highly recommend this series to those who are willing to engage in an introspective journey into the inner core being, where our own unique gifts and true selves reside. Connecting with the natural state within ourselves, and within each other, paves the path to us discovering and bringing forth our own authentic leader from within.” (Karen P., CTL Online Alumna)
