January 2024 Courage to Lead Virtual Monthly Gathering

On January 30, 2024 (12:00 – 1:00 PM Eastern Time), we will be hosting our Courage to Lead (CTL) monthly gathering, where we will explore practising Self-Conscious Reflection to Manage Conflict. Discussing conflict management through a CTL lens was suggested by former participants and has garnered significant interest. We appreciate your valuable input and look forward to an engaging and insightful discussion.

Our aim with this session is to collectively think about reflection as a valuable approach for leaders to navigate conflicts that may arise in their work effectively.

Each month, we’ll focus on a different theme, issue or CTL concept and enjoy rich discussion as a whole community and in small groups. We welcome your ideas and suggestions for topics you’d like to discuss in future sessions.
