Febuary 2024 Courage to Lead Virtual Monthly Gathering

On February 27, 2024 (12:00 – 1:00 PM Eastern Time), we will be hosting our Courage to Lead (CTL) monthly gathering to discuss how to supplement our leadership growth and development by engaging in a dialogue with the wisdom of others. Join us to explore the idea of creating your own interior council to enhance your self-reflective practice and the ways you’re able to learn from your own experiences and the experiences of others.

This conversation will expand on the self-conscious reflection-based discussion started at our January gathering, though our focus will center on another aspect of reflective practice and will not depend on having joined us last month.

Each month, we’ll focus on a different theme, issue or CTL concept and enjoy rich discussion as a whole community and in small groups. We welcome your ideas and suggestions for topics you’d like to discuss in future sessions.
