Leadership Community Evening

Tonight, ICA CANADA hosts our first Leadership Challenge event in our training room at 401 Richmond Street West. There will be opportunity to meet new people and to immediately engage together around leadership challenges we all face in our daily life. This is the first event in 2016 put together by our Leadership Community and we are excited by the great response we’ve had to our invitation.

The theme for tonight’s challenge is ‘Everyday Care’ which opens questions about ‘how’ we care and how others respond to care. It gives our guests the chance to reflect on the challenges incumbent in different ways of caring, and gets us thinking of ways to positively effect our environment – “to lead from where we stand.” Through thinking together in open dialogue about leadership we encourage each other to reflect and renew our own leadership practice.
